Max Beckmann Painting

I came across this beautiful painting by Max Beckmann a few days ago on Pinterest and loved it to pieces.  I have an affinity towards impressionist style paintings and their gestural quality along with the muddied hues.  This painting, titled “Quappi in a Pink Jumper” is located at the MuseoThyssen-Bornemisza in Madrid, but I so easily wish that it were located in my apartment.
