Hipster Revolution

























Ok, here is a recent assignment I have been working on.  The project consisted of data mapping-or collecting data over a series of days and then representing it pictorially.  I chose to map the Hipster Revolution that seems to be occurring on my campus and around the nation.  It's a funny concept, and it meant tracking articles of clothing and where I saw them.

I apologize for the small picture but it represents these articles of clothing: large headphones, converse, chunky watches, manpris, beanies, longboarders, thick-rimmed glasses, man satchels, ugly old sweaters, comb overs, and plaid shirts.

I separated some of the items as shown below.
